Tenderstar Meat Mincer

The Tenderstar Montage 52 meat mincing machine is a large 52 sized meat mincer made entirely from high quality, heavy gauge stainless steel, with a bead blast finish. The meat mincing machine is fitted with a powerful 10HP main drive motor which is totally enclosed within the cabinet. This gives the meat mincer the ability to mincer meat at a throughout rate of 1600kg/h at optimal conditions, as well as being able to mincer flaked or tempered meat (please ask for further details and guidelines). The Montage 52 meat mncer has a mincing head made from heavy gauge stainless steel with helical grooves inside, this mincing head is also hinged to the machine with a quick release lever on the left of the head. This allows the mincing head to be quickly opened up for access to the worm. The meat mincers worm is also made from the same heavy duty stainless steel with a large square drive shank for positive alignment and extra strength. The meat mincer has manual start/stop push buttons whihc are sealed against water ingress to IP63 protection levels and have overload and undervoltage protection. The heavy duty stainless steel meat mincers feedpan has welded rolled edges and corners to prevent dirt traps and increase cleaning times. A stainless steel safety guard is also welded to the feedpan to prevent access down the throat of the machine. The Montage 52 meat mincer comes as standard with a knife and plate, stainless steel deflector, spanner wrench, food safe plunger and a manual and spare parts list.
