Shipping Policy
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and typically arrive 1-3 day for in-stock items, from point of order or cleared funds.

Some more remote areas can take longer.
Once your order has been completed and paid for you will receive an order confirmation email. A further email will be sent with your Invoice and to inform you of the dispatch of the goods and a due delivery date.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases from National Food Machinery however there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
In all instances of a return please contact us on 0800 1931363 with details of why the product is unsuitable.
If we accept your reason for return you will be issued with a goods return reference number which must be used in any correspondence from then on.
Return postage is to be paid by the customer, unless item is faulty.
Please note: Carriage charges are non-refundable and it is your own responsibility to ensure the goods are suitably packaged for transport.
Items should be returned unused in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method less any transport costs.
